All purchases come with a 90-day warranty. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing defects and material defects.

We will offer a repair or replacement if the product is evaluated and proven by us to be defective due to manufacturing. Wear and tear from normal use is not considered a defect. ao Jewellery products are delicate and should be handled with care.

This warranty does not cover loss of jewellery, scratches, chipped stones or gems, or general wear and distortion.

If repairs are requested after the 90-day warranty period, repair fees and return postage costs will be the customer's responsibility.
