Jewellery Care

Wear

We recommend removing your jewelry when you do housework (kitchen, cleaning the bathroom, etc.) to prevent it from being splashed with water or detergents. Also, avoid wearing jewelry while bathing, swimming, or in hot springs, as these can cause staining, discoloration, deformation, or damage to the product.

Storage

To reduce dullness and stains caused by sebum, we recommend wiping each item with a soft cloth after use. Please store each item individually in an AO pouch, case, or similar. Avoid storing your jewelry in the sun, in extremely dry places, or in places with high temperatures and humidity.

Cleaning

To clean your pieces, gently soak them in a ceramic dish with warm water and baking soda for 10 minutes. Then rinse and dry with a soft paper towel or microfiber cloth. For professional cleaning, [click here]
